We offer a delivery and pick-up service for a fee based upon location and amount of equipment in a mutually agreeable time frame. A surcharge may apply based upon current fuel prices. Please allow up to an hour on either side of your target time as unforeseen circumstances arise from time to time. All of our drivers have cellular or radio communication devices so that if questions or problems arise they can be contacted.
50% of the rental is required at the time of the reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due on or before the date of your event.
If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to the rental date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, less than 221 days a 25% restocking fee will apply, excluding the tent ( which is 100%) .
